There is even a traditional German children's song “a little man and his crimson coat in the forest” about the bright red colour of the fruit. The tea from the fruit has a sweet and sour aroma that goes wonderfully with salads and cream cheese desserts. The tea shimmers in clear amber, orange-brown or apricot in the cup.
